Electronic assembly PTH

Our staff and operatives are trained in good workmanship practices and in quality inspection of their own work. Operatives use working masters and assembly drawing’s.

 Electronic assembly SMT (Quad Machine)

Factron have a small but effective SMT line. We have a Quad system suitable for runs of 100 to 1000 batch run sizes, depending on the density of the PCB. This makes it easier to be more versatile to our customer requirements. We also use a Quad printer and Quad oven.

A-Z product assembly, tested and packaged ready to ship to your customer.

Factron offer a full turnkey assembly service. This service can include supply of components, PCB assembly, cable harnessing, enclosure assembly, final product assembly, test, and pack, your product ready for you to ship to your customer.   This service can be tailored to suit your requirements. All production and testing will be carried out to the highest standard’s and in line with your work instruction.

Cable Harnessing

We assemble a wide range of different harness and cable assemblies. We design and assemble cable harnesses to customer’s specification.    Automatic cable cutting and stripping facilities.

Golf Trolley Repairs

Factron Ltd also have a golf trolley repair service. We repair a wide range of electronic golf trolleys. Factron ltd designed and manufacture our own electronic controller for golf trolleys and supply to golf trolley manufactures.
